OUR CHILI VARIETES

Few examples of the chilies we grow on our farm.

CAROLINA REAPER

Being one of the hottest chilies in the world, this thing is basically guaranteed to blow your socks off.

​

Extreme heat (10+/10)

JALAPENO

Thing that Mexicans love. And now you can experience it too. Can be used in wide variety of foods. Jalapeno Poppers, Fajitas, Tacos, Burritos, Salsas, etc. Or just pickle them or throw them on your home made pizzas. This chili has infinite possibilities.

Relatively mild heat (3/10)

ORANGE AND RED HABANERO

Extremely fragrant chili perfect for every day cooking. Great taste without being insanely hot.

​

RED MAYAN HABANERO

Red Mayan Habanero has sweeter flavor than other habaneros and has bit less heat. Good first step to exotic chilies.

​

BHUT JOLOKIA, YELLOW

Also known as Ghost Pepper, which used to be the hottest pepper in the world for quite some time around year 2010, since surpassed by other varietes. It is one of our personal favorites for everyday cooking. Pretty high heat with loads of flavor.

High heat (9/10)

CHERRY BOMB

Bright red and shaped like a cherry with thick meaty walls. Nice stuffed or pickled. Or just throw it on your salads.

BIG BLACK MAMA

Another of our superhot varietes. This chili is cross between Naga Morich and 7Pod Douglah. Taste can be described as molten lava.

​

Extremely hot (10/10)

LEMON STARRBURST

This chili is a mix between Scotch Bonnet Habanero and a Bahamian Goat. Sweet fruity taste with quite bit of kick to it.

​

Heat level Medium Hot (6/10)

DEATH SPIRAL

This superhot chili is mix between Naga Bubblegum and a Naga Viper. If you can handle the heat, you get fruity sweetness and bit citrusy flavors.

​

HOT PORTUGAL

Produces quite big pods that are about 20 centimeters in length. Subtle, sweet flavor and mild heat. Great for salads and general cooking if you don't like too much heat on your food.

​

Mild heat (2/10)

RING OF FIRE

This is variety of Cayanne pepper with quite bit more heat to it. Plant is more productive than normal Cayanne and reaches maturity faster. Great for hot sauecs, dried, etc..

​

Medium heat (5/10)

BORNEO WHITE CHILI

Relatively mild chili used in variety of Sabahan traditional foods. Ripens from white to bright red. This chili is mostly eaten white when the taste is quite unique.

BRAIN STRAIN, YELLOW

This beautiful superhot pepper is a variety of 7pot chili originating from Trinidad. Great for sauces and daily cooking if you are brave enough.

​

Heat level: Extreme (10/10)

7POT JIGSAW

This superhot chili pepper is originating from Finnish grower Fatalii.  It is a mix of Moruga Scorpion and Naga Morich. If you can handle the heat, it has unique smoky-sweet taste to it.

​

Heat level: Extreme (10/10)

SUPER CHILI

Much like the beloved birds eye chili that is used everywhere in Asia, but bigger in size. Similar flavor and heat level.

​

Medium heat (4-5/10)

NAGA MORICH

This is the original superhot chili originating from India. It is the only naturally occurring chili pepper that has over 1 Million scoville heat units.

​

Has fruity flavor if you can actually taste it because of the blistering heat.

​

Extreme heat (10/10)

SCREW SHAPE

Great chili for home growing. Has very high yield of large pods. Good salad or pickled pepper if you like little bit of heat.

​

Very mild (1/10)

SWEET PALERMO

Long, rich sweet flavored pepper with no heat to it. Great in salads, roasted, etc.

​

No Heat (0/10)
